Rolo the clown is hosting the 25th annual clown conference and anyone who is anyone in the world of clowning around will be there, along with an array of less refined wannabe clowns. Candy-Calamity can’t wait to meet new friends, while some of the older and more seasoned clowns disapprove of the young up-starts of the group. Happy-Harry is just glad to be allowed back- after what happened last year!
