"We had an excellent day and evening. We started with afternoon tea, which was lovely (the scones were amazing). From start to finish the mystery was very engaging, with the actors really getting into their roles, and interacting with the guests. The investigation carried on throughout the meal (the food was also excellent). With new evidence posted on boards around the room after each course. This, invariably, led to the actors haranguing each other and throwing accusations around. The drama kept going till the very end - with the unveiling of the murderer. The staff at Stoke Place were all very friendly and helpful and all of the food was delicious. All in all, it was an excellent experience that we would be happy to do again."
