"So this isn't a review of the murder mystery event as that's not untill October. This is a review of the customer service, Jennie in particular. I'd bought a Groupon for the event and was having trouble booking it through the channels. I contacted Murder57 and asked if they could assist. Jennie replied very quickly and was amazing. I was sent the menu so I could send her what our party wanted to eat along with our room requirements. I'm in a wheelchair and usually an accessible room with a shower isn't a problem. However, the venue does not have any showers but has handrails in some rooms. Jennie booked me into that room and just sorted everything out. As it's only overnight the shower isn't a problem, and we're going with family so they won't mind if I smell!"

"Our first murder mystery evening, didn't really know what to expect. Good fun interrogating the actors, with mixed results based on character! A very good show put on, with an enjoyable dinner. Great twist at the end as our suspect was dismissed as the murderer, only to be confirmed. The only thing I'd like to see improved is us getting first place! 10/10 will book again."
